Refund Policy
Last updated: Nov 5, 2026
You get a 7-day free trial precisely so you can check that the app works on your device and with your playlist before paying.
1. Right of withdrawal
The license is digital content delivered immediately. When activating, you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
2. When we refund anyway
Even without a statutory right of withdrawal, we give a full refund if, within 14 days of payment:
- you paid twice for the same device by mistake;
- the app does not work on your device because of a bug in the app, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
- the license was not activated even though the payment was taken.
We do not refund issues caused by your playlist or content provider (server down, expired account, channels not working). The app is only a player and does not control these sources.
3. How to request a refund
Write to support@blackplayer.app and include your Device ID, the payment date and the transaction ID (from your confirmation email). We reply within 5 business days.
Money is returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank and the payment processor.
4. What happens to the license
After a refund, the license bought with that payment is cancelled and the device goes back to its state before the payment. Your playlists stay saved.
5. Payments through Apple
Purchases made through In-App Purchase on iOS are refunded only by Apple, under Apple's rules. Requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
